We offer this convenient service to quickly diagnose and repair any operating system, software or virus related issues that you are experiencing. This service is also beneficial for assistance installing and configuring new software applications as well as training on applications.  Please note that not all computer issues can be fixed remotely and if we determine that we can not fix your system remotely we can setup an on-site visit or arrange for your computer to be picked up for the repair.  If this is the case there will be no charge for the remote session.  

Before starting a remote session please ensure that all confidential and personal information that you may have opened is saved and closed.

    Instructions to start Remote Assistance
        1. Contact us by email or phone to setup a time for the remote session
        2. After a time has been arranged click on the link below (Click here to start Your Remote Assistance Session)
        3. You will be prompted to install the browser plug-in for the service 
        4. Give the 6 digit number displayed in the Client ID Box to us either by phone or email
        5. Once we receive the Client ID we will begin the remote session

Please note that remote assistance is currently not supported on the Apple OSX Platform
